The area where Ollie is standing is covered (like a porch), but just on the other side of the swing it is open to the sky.
There is also a roof top area above the 3rd floor. It would NOT meet OSHA safety standards, but it is neat.
The sign to the roof reads in part...stay away from the edges and castuses, especially if you are drunk.
